The Onion Creek Senior Center is organized to operate exclusively for charitable and educational purposes to meet the physical, social, and emotional needs of elderly and disabled persons.
The Onion Creek Senior Center (OCSC) is a private 501(c)(3) organization, independent of any government entity. We have been a viable part of the Buda, Texas community since 1984.
The OCSC provides a meeting place for seniors to interact through games, arts and crafts, health-related education programs, and social events. The OCSC embraces the "aging in place" concepts and encourages seniors to be healthy, happy, productive and involved in life and the community.
Lifetime membership fee is $20.00 for all new members. Annual dues $25.00 per year with all dues payable now.
ALL MEMBERS Please wear your badge when in the building. Members will receive occasional prizes! Badges are required for all classes. If you are NOT A MEMBER, weekly classes cost $3.00, *unless specified otherwise*

NEWS from THE BOARD
The Board of Directors of the Onion Creek Senior Center in Buda has made the decision to close the Senior Center to all activities – exercise classes, dances, games, etc. -- until Further Notice, due to concerns with the Covid-19 coronavirus and the safety of our seniors. Members are advised to follow the instructions of the Center for Disease Control “CDC” cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019 and the Hays Local Health Dept. hayscountytx.com/coronavirus-covid-19-information to stay safe. Members can also check the OCSC website and Facebook page for additional information on the status of the Center.
Additionally, members may call 512-667-4516 if they have any questions relating to the closure or for other assistance.
