Caregiver Support Group [Buda & South Austin]

3rd Tuesday from 12:00p-1:30p

Sponsored by AGE of Central Texas

- Open to the public and not disease specific

- Goal: Everyone will have an opportunity to share their journey, and connect with other caregivers

* Non-Members: 2 free trail classes, $3.00 class fee for each class attended after trial period

 

Friends Discussion Group

Group focusing on issues of aging

(Neither Politics nor religion will be discussed)

Grief Support Group: Life after Loss

(Meetings for Nov, Monday 11th & 18th) 11:00a

This group provides a safe, peaceful, supportive environment for supporting grief for anyone who has experienced the death of a loved one.

 

Line Dance Class

Wednesdays*, 9:45a - 11:00a - Chair Yoga

Wednesdays*, 11:15a -12:30a - Mat Yoga

Fridays, 10:45a - Chair & Mat Yoga

Classes include breathing exercises, warm up stretches, standing poses, balance core work, stretching, and twist restorative poses. Gentle yoga & releasing stress are emphasized.

*When Chamber Rental occurs, YOGA MEETS @ City of Buda
